Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Trend Wear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Returns Process:
a. Initiating a Return: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at info@littletrendwear.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
b. Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
c. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
2. Conditions for Returns:
a. Unused and Unworn: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
b. Original Packaging: Please return the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
c. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, final sale items, personalized or customized products, and items marked as non-returnable.
3. Refunds:
a. Refund Processing: Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
b. Partial Refunds: If the returned item(s) show signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return altogether.

5. Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
